Roadmap management

Overview

When working in a multi-project environment, theSCRUM provides some tools to create a product roadmap; the product roadmap is a high-level view of the projects, focused on the main epics of each project sorted by priority. Each epic’s duration is calculated from its estimate and the velocity of the team.

Preparing each project for the roadmap view

To manage this view for a project, use the Roadmap tab of this project:

• Select the epics which should appear in the roadmap by setting to 1 the column “Displayed in Roadmap”
• Define the title of each selected epic.
